Izzy 4:4 Summary of the Learning Journey.
When you look through the last few posts of Izzys Learning Journey you can't help but see all the thought and understanding that went into all the activities that izzy has done. Her teachers have covered all the important areas for a four year old, they photographed her moments and stuck them in a book for me. Flicking through the book you think "oh cute pictures" but when you separate them into areas of development you see the development of Izzy. To her wonderful teachers Susan, Jane and Nalini a massive Thank You xxx

Izzy 4:4 Her Learning Journey - outside play
The end has come for her wonderful nursery. She had a wonderful time and here are a few copies of the photos her kind teachers put in her book to bring home to me.
Outside play - yes you can see her physical development but can you also see her social and emotional development, language and communication. Numbers and letters, expressive arts and design and best of all HAPPINESS xx
Izzy 4:4 Chit chat
Here a few of our chats this month:
We were in the park drinking water and she said "j20 is water".
We saw a dog without an owner and she said "That's worrying".
"When I am bigger I will be a cat petter".
After a story she said "best ever in the history of the world". I told her history meant everything that happened before today.
Big sister age 9: Sewing Machine
She definately had an interest in my sewing machine so better to show her how to use it. Making silk kimono pencil cases for her teachers.

Izzy 4:3 The Tea Party
Izzy had a tea party with her friends, she read them a story, poured their tea and helped them eat their food. Having conversations with them all the while.
Izzy 4:3 Pouring
Just managed to catch this shot of her. Everyone was clearing the table and she began pouring everyone's leftover water into her bottle. Very Impressed how accurate she was.
